I received excellent service from Victor Ahile- who I had not met before - when my laptop died, the hard drive had crashed. Victor collected my PC from my home and kept me informed of progress all the way, recommending the size of replacement SSD to install. He was able to recover my data and copy it onto the new drive which, being SSD, runs much faster than the old one. He returned my PC at the agreed time two days after collection (I had a lot of data to copy!). I would have no hesitation in recommending Victor.
